Henry menyebut bahwa perihal harga tiket penumpang pihaknya menyerahkan ke pihak PO. Ia menyebut bahwa jenis bus PO yang mengalami kenaikan merupakan jenis eksekutif. Sementara itu, untuk bus jenis ekonomi pihaknya hanya melihat tarif batas atas dan batas bawah. Ia menyebut PO baru menaikkan harga tiket bus yang eksekutif. Pihaknya sebagai pengelola terminal juga belum mendapat arahan dari Kementerian Perhubungan maupun Dirjen Perhubungan Darat terkait tindak lanjut sebuah PO bus menaikkan tiket penumpang. / Fernando Sihombing
